Tracey Groves, a Partner at StoneTurn, brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate governance, ethical conduct and behaviors, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and culture change. She counsels leaders of complex, global organizations on environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategies that accelerate growth and innovation, drive ethical conduct and culture, and unlock responsible business performance.

A TEDx speaker, media commentator and accomplished author and panelist, Tracey is also Founder and CEO of award-winning consultancy Intelligent Ethics, which specializes in ethical business conduct and leadership including ESG strategic design and culture change interventions. She partners with clients to comprehensively integrate ‘doing the right thing’ into their corporate infrastructure, helping them navigate the complex regulatory, business, human and reputational issues that often arise when developing and implementing new initiatives. In addition, Tracey assists multinational organizations with the creation and operationalization of FCPA / UK Bribery Act financial crime remediation programs.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, Tracey worked for more than two decades at a Big Four accounting firm. Recently, she served as a Senior Corporate Governance Partner for PwC in the U.K., delivering cross-disciplinary ESG advisory services to clients with ethical conduct, purpose and behaviors as core enablers. She is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a Certified Organizational Development Practitioner. She has been recognized by The Financial Times as a Champion of Women in Business 2019 / 2018 and has won numerous awards for her work in diversity, equality and inclusion.
