Mitchell Rosen is a Partner with StoneTurn, leveraging nearly 20 years of experience in economic damages and financial modeling and analysis services for companies, governments, and counsel. He specializes in valuation, licensing, and economic damages related to intellectual property assets including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Mitchell provides expert testimony in state and federal courts pertaining to IP valuation and economic damages and has served as a designated expert at the International Trade Commission for domestic industry evaluations. He assists organizations with comprehensive financial evaluations for commercial disputes, including assessing lost profits, price erosion, unjust enrichment, reasonable royalties, and diminution of value. Mitchell has worked with a broad range of clients, from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, across diverse sectors including telecommunications, healthcare, and consumer goods, among others.

Beyond his work in litigation, Mitchell also assists organizations with valuation and licensing strategies.  This includes determining the fair market value of intellectual property assets for purposes of strategic decision-making and transactions.
