Mitchell Rosen, a Managing Director with StoneTurn, brings more than a decade of experience providing financial modeling and analysis services to corporations, counsel, and government entities. He has also delivered expert reports and deposition testimony for clients in state court and U.S. District Court.

Mitchell specializes in financial analysis and valuation assessments relating to patents, trade secrets, trademarks and other forms of intellectual property (IP) assets. He also provides financial and economic analysis related to damages assessments and evaluations for IP and other commercial disputes.

Mitchell has assisted large, multinational organizations with IP valuations and licensing, business valuations, and other financial evaluations. He draws upon significant experience in the identification of relevant market, financial, economic, and business factors related to economic damages assessments and the corresponding formulation of damages approaches and case strategies.

Mitchell has worked with clients across various industries, including computer hardware and software, consumer electronics, telecommunications, wireless and cellular standards, healthcare/biotech, medical devices, industrial chemicals, manufacturing, oil and gas, among others.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, Mitchell served as a Senior Manager with IPFC Corp. In this role, Mitchell performed economic damages analyses for IP disputes as well as licensing and IP valuation assessments. He also previously held positions in financial services and consulting firms.

Mitchell is a member of several professional associations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Bar Association and Licensing Executives Society.
