Mitchell Rosen

Mitchell Rosen, a Managing Director with StoneTurn, brings fifteen years’ experience providing economic damages and financial modeling and analysis services to corporations, counsel, and government entities. Mitchell has been designated as an expert related to questions of valuation and damages in state and federal courts, and has been designated as an expert in an ITC Section 337 matter relating to domestic industry.

Mitchell provides analyses related to damages assessments and financial evaluations for commercial disputes, with a focus on the quantification of economic damages and valuation assessments related to patents, trade secrets, and other forms of intellectual property assets.

Mitchell has assisted organizations with IP valuation and licensing, business valuations, and other financial evaluations. He draws upon significant experience in the identification of relevant market, financial, economic, and business factors related to economic damages assessments and the corresponding formulation of damages methodologies.  He is experienced in damages claims including lost profits, price erosion, unjust enrichment, reasonable royalties, among others.
