Patrick Timlin, a Senior Adviser with StoneTurn, has deep expertise in organizational analysis and development, complex investigations, threat and risk assessments, leadership training, community outreach, government affairs, and ethical law enforcement program development.
A 22-year veteran of the New York City Police Department (NYPD), retiring as Deputy Commissioner of Operations. Patrick has commanded a patrol borough and detective borough in the NYPD, and has proven expertise in investigations, and a passion for Community – Police relations. His police career has been spent in leadership in multiple diverse communities, and he is gifted in building trust with disenfranchised populations.
Patrick co-chaired the reengineering of NYPD’s Domestic Violence Program, where he gained the confidence and consensus of victims, advocates, and stakeholders. He also performed reviews/implemented best practices of Youth at Risk programs in the NYPD.
Patrick conducted organizational analysis and provided recommendations for the Ocala, FL Police Department. Additionally, he conducted organizational analysis of multiple police and defense organizations in the Mid-East and provided program development, implementation and sustainment staffing and controls.
Patrick is currently the Chief Executive Officer at SilverSEAL Corporation, a corporate security consultancy. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
