Maureen Loftus

Maureen Loftus, a Senior Adviser with StoneTurn, has more than 30 years of economic consulting and expert witness experience. She has performed damages quantification and valued businesses in cases involving intellectual property, business interruption, product liability, lender liability, accountant malpractice, post-acquisition disputes and partnership dissolutions.

Maureen has also provided expert testimony on matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, patent infringement and trademark damages, unfair advertising, results of fraud investigations, trade secret misappropriation and liquidated damages.

Additionally, Maureen has provided investigative accounting services in matters involving fraudulent transactions, manipulation of accounting records, theft of corporate assets, embezzlement, mutual fund business practices and insurance broker business practices.

Maureen has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including the media and entertainment, consumer products, insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing and financial services sectors.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, Maureen was a Vice President at Charles River Associates and a Managing Director with Huron Consulting Group. Before that, she was a partner at Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Maureen is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio.
