His experience includes the evaluation and quantification of economic damages on engagements involving patent infringement, copyright and trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, business diminution, and financial investigations. Paul is skilled in the application of the Panduit factors in assessing lost profits and the Georgia-Pacific factors in determining reasonable royalty rates.
Paul has performed numerous analyses of market and sales trends, business practices, and lost revenue and profits.
