Adam M. McArthur, a Senior Adviser with StoneTurn, has extensive experience in the valuation of privately held corporations, intangible assets, partnerships, and professional practices. Adam’s practice includes both litigated and non‐litigated matters.

In addition to the valuation of privately held businesses in a variety of industries, Adam has extensive experience in providing economic damage and loss of goodwill calculations. His experience spans valuing a variety of business and intangible assets, including: Holding Companies, Healthcare & Life Sciences, In‐Process Litigation, Restricted Stock & Blockage Studies, Executive Compensation Studies, Life Insurance Policies and Life Settlements, Debt Instruments, Professional Practices, Software & Technology, In‐Process R&D, Patents & Trademarks, and Entertainment Residuals & Related Assets.

Adam has qualified as an expert witness in Los Angeles County, Fresno County, Santa Cruz County, and Riverside County Superior Courts. He has also qualified and testified in U.S. Federal Courts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and the Delaware Court of Chancery. Adam has provided expert witness testimony via deposition, arbitration, and mediation.

Previously, Adam was a Partner with a Top 40 accounting firm where he served as the West Coast leader for valuation and litigation support services and as Office Managing Partner. Prior to this, Adam was a Managing Director with a top 10 accounting and professional services firm. He was responsible for the growth and expansion of the firm’s valuation practice for the Western United States.
