John Malloy

John Malloy, a Manager with StoneTurn, has more than five years of experience in the energy industry. Specifically, he focuses on strategy and planning, asset valuation, market modeling, litigation support, carbon management, and energy sustainability.

John has worked with a variety of clients ranging from international energy conglomerates, independent power producers, FERC, state governments and public utilities, along with a variety of North American Independent System Operators and Regional Transmission Organizations. His role has included support on strategic and tactical issues by providing insights into both the North American and global energy industry, and particularly the changing dynamics of the oil, natural gas, coal, nuclear, renewables, electricity, and transportation markets.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, John was with the Boston-based consulting group, Energyzt LLC, where he served as a senior analyst. He is also a board member and co-chair of the Young Professionals Committee for the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association, the largest energy trade association in the Northeast representing the entire energy sector supply chain.
