Prior to joining StoneTurn, Randall served in executive leadership roles with full P&L responsibility, leading growth initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic business planning efforts. He also has hands-on experience in commercial real estate development in the U.S. Southwest. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Randall holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and is known for a disciplined, practical approach that has earned the trust of boards, executive leadership teams, and key stakeholders across complex engagements.
