Randall specializes in program and project management services, including strategic delivery, risk identification, contract control assessments, and process performance reviews.
He supports clients throughout all stages of a project, from forecasting and establishing financial, reporting, and accounting procedures through execution. He also collaborates with clients on strategic assessments, global planning, oversight and control structures, stage-gate process design and implementation, efficiency, reporting, transparency, and integrations.
He also assists clients in the construction industry with internal audit risk assessments and provides outsourced internal audit assistance to clients undergoing capital project initiatives. Randall works with clients to understand strategic objectives and related key initiatives, analyzing and drafting the audit universe to develop multiple-year audit plans based on inherent risks, planned strategic changes, and SOX 404 testing coverage.
Prior to joining StoneTurn Randall held senior leadership positions Ankura and Protiviti as well as at a privately-held construction firm.
