Christopher H. Anderson is a financial professional who brings a decade of experience serving as a testifying and consulting financial expert in matters involving a variety of economic issues, both in and out of the courtroom. He has particular experience in intellectual property disputes, including patent and trademark infringement and trade secret misappropriation.
Christopher has been designated as a testifying expert witness on damages topics in multiple matters in federal court across several districts (Delaware, Indiana, and New York).
He has also provided litigation support services in other commercial disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair competition, among other causes of action. Through these matters, he has supported outside counsel through all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, expert reports, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.
Over the course of his career, Christopher has developed complex economic models involving lost sales, lost profits, reasonable royalties, business valuations, and unjust enrichment claims, and he has been retained by both plaintiffs and defendants.
Christopher’s work has spanned a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, construction, consumer products, financial securities, medical products, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and supply chain, among others.
Prior to joining StoneTurn, Christopher spent nearly a decade in progressively advanced litigation support roles with two nationally recognized consulting firms, overseeing teams of supporting experts on complex engagements.
He holds the Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) designation from the Licensing Executives Society, a professional designation of demonstrated experience, proficiency, knowledge, and exposure to licensing and commercialization of intellectual property.
