Ksenia Ioffe, a Manager with StoneTurn, has experience in compliance and monitoring, forensic accounting, and auditing.

Ksenia’s experience includes assessing corporate compliance programs and internal controls, and advising companies on how to remediate and enhance compliance programs to prevent and detect fraud. She is currently supporting the DOJ-appointed Independent Compliance and Business Ethics Monitor of a global investment bank and the Independent Compliance Auditor to a Top 5 Automotive Manufacturer.

Ksenia has assisted on a confidential investigation of a private equity fund in response to various misconduct allegations, primarily focused on allegations related to cash flows, distributions, fees, and related parties.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, Ksenia was with a large public accounting firm as an Assurance Associate, where she performed financial statement and regulatory audits for both public and private companies, specifically within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Ksenia is fluent in Russian (speaking and reading). She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of New York, and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
