StoneTurn has elevated four professionals to leadership positions: Tiffany Lewis as Partner, and Dana Ball, Ksenia Ioffe and Melissa Haley as Managing Director. The promotions will be effective January 1, 2023.

Tiffany Lewis, Partner. Tiffany has more than a decade of experience consulting on financial and economic issues in intellectual property matters and commercial disputes in courts across the country and alternative dispute resolution processes. She has served as a testifying and consulting expert and has assisted clients on engagements involving claims such as patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and business interruption, among others. Tiffany has experience across numerous industries, including biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, semiconductors, Internet services, retail and consumer goods, computers (hardware and software), electronic gaming, telecommunications, construction, energy and utility, real estate, oilfield services, financial services, and travel and leisure. She holds a Commercial Arbitration Certification (Domestic and International) and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Additionally, Tiffany is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas, a member of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Dana Ball, Managing Director. Dana has nearly 10 years of experience in compliance, investigations, and disputes within the Construction and Real Estate industry. Dana’s extensive expertise includes the quantification of damages for $200+ million claims in the Defense and Energy sectors, the investigation of a $15+ million-dollar fraud, implementation of responsive compliance programs, and proactive monitoring of construction projects with budgets greater than $500 million. Dana has reconciled accounting and financial data from various accounting software platforms to perform incurred cost reviews and analyses and has prepared economic damage model presentations used in the Federal Court System. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

Ksenia Ioffe, Managing Director. Ksenia has expertise in compliance and monitoring, forensic accounting, and auditing. Ksenia’s experience includes assessing corporate compliance programs and internal controls and advising companies on how to remediate and enhance compliance programs to prevent and detect fraud. Ksenia has deep monitorship experience, having worked on StoneTurn’s largest and most complex monitorship engagements, including the DOJ-appointed Independent Compliance and Business Ethics Monitorship of a global investment bank and on the Independent Compliance Auditor team of a Top 5 Automotive Manufacturer. Ksenia’s experience also includes performing forensic accounting investigations in response to allegations of fraud or misconduct. She is a CPA, licensed in the state of New York, and a member of the AICPA.

Melissa Haley, Managing Director. Melissa Haley specializes in financial and economic analyses in the context of intellectual property matters and commercial disputes. She advises clients on engagements involving claims of patent infringement, trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, and breach of contract. Melissa works with clients across numerous industries including oil and gas, retail and consumer goods, healthcare, electronic gaming, software, and telecommunications. She is Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
