Tiffany Lewis, a Managing Director with StoneTurn, brings experience in financial and economic consulting related to intellectual property matters and commercial disputes.
She has assisted clients on engagements involving patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and business interruption. Additionally, she assisted on financial calculations for a class action lawsuit initiated by a whistleblower on behalf of the U.S. government, and on a monitor assignment for a large financial services organization.
Tiffany has experience across numerous industries, including biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, semiconductors, Internet services, retail and consumer goods, computers (hardware and software), electronic gaming, telecommunications, construction, energy and utility, real estate, oilfield services, financial services, and travel and leisure.
Tiffany holds a Commercial Arbitration Certification (Domestic and International), and is a member of the Houston Intellectual Property Law Association (“HIPLA”) and the State Bar of Texas. She is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in the state of Texas) and a member of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
