Soha Bhardwaj, a Manager with StoneTurn, assists clients with compliance controls & monitoring, intellectual property licensing and commercial litigation damages issues. Specifically, she has focused on enabling clients, primarily in the financial services industry, to respond to regulatory compliance actions.
Most recently, Soha has focused on advising financial services clients on their responses to regulatory inquiries. Some of her notable engagements include a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative review of foreclosure activities for a top 10 global investment bank; a detailed review of data management procedures for the largest non-bank mortgage servicer in the U.S.; and a review of conduct risk and risk assessment procedures at a top 10 global investment bank.
Soha’s litigation consulting experience includes quantifying economic damages, evaluating license agreements, drafting expert witness reports, analyzing opposing expert reports, and assisting counsel in deposition and testimony preparation.
Soha has worked with clients across various industries, including financial services, oil and gas, consumer goods, medical devices, biotechnology and business method software.
Prior to joining StoneTurn, Soha was a Business Honors Intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”); a Public Policy Summer Associate with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”); and an Intellectual Property Dispute Litigation Consultant with a professional services firm.
Soha is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, and is proficient in Spanish. She is an active member of The South Asian Bar Association of New York, and volunteers as a judge and mentor for The New York City Urban Debate League.
