Jae Ellis

Jae Ellis, Vice President of Business Development, brings more than 20 years of experience as a senior client relationship management professional serving as a critical, strategic resource for attorneys. He has worked for global, national, and regional professional services firms, serving as a trusted partner and resource for clients who need expert witnesses, technology solutions, and advisory services to assist them in solving complex problems.

Jae is responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding long-term relationships with clients and identifying the appropriate StoneTurn experts to provide testifying or consulting expert witness services for litigation or other business disputes; complex, multifaceted corporate and forensic accounting investigations; and the assessment and remediation of compliance programs. As a licensed attorney, Jae has a unique understanding of StoneTurn’s clients’ needs.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, Jae worked in varying business development roles for leading global consulting firms and as an attorney for an Am Law 200 firm. Before attending law school, Jae was an investment banker in the Public Finance practice at Merrill Lynch, where he earned his NASD Series 7 and Series 63 certifications as a General Securities Registered Representative.

Jae is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, and Salesmanship Club of Dallas. He is a past Board Chairman of Union Development Corporation (d/b/a “Project Unity”) and serves as a member of its Advisory Board and volunteer facilitator for “Together We Dine” events. Jae also serves on the Board of Directors for Friends of Harvard Football, his alma mater.

Since 2019, Jae has served as a School Board Trustee for Highland Park Independent School District, having won two contested community elections.
