Howard Rosenkrantz, a Managing Director with StoneTurn, brings more than two decades of experience in forensic accounting investigations, controls & compliance, dispute consulting and intellectual property engagements.

Howard serves as a consultant to counsel and/or auditing committees in matters involving complex financial and accounting issues related to areas such as revenue recognition, earnings management, and fraud, as well as internal investigation, including matters related to internal control and disclosure issues. He has worked on numerous engagements involving Federal and State Government agencies, such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Department of Justice (DOJ) enforcement inquiries and internal investigations, including matters related to internal control and disclosure issues.

In addition to his fraud investigation experience, Howard has analyzed damages claims in litigation matters alleging patent, copyright, trade dress and trademark infringement, as well as in breach of contract matters. He has addressed issues such as lost profits, reasonable royalties, disgorgement of infringer’s profits, breach of contract claims and pre-judgment interest.

Howard has worked with clients across a range of industries including financial services, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, professional sports, real estate, retail & consumer goods, technology, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, Howard served in the forensic and litigation services practices of several global professional services firms.

Howard is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in the state of New York), Certified in Financial Forensics and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
