Dana Ball, a Managing Director with StoneTurn, has more than a decade of experience in compliance and monitorships, investigations, and disputes within the Construction and Real Estate industry.

Dana’s expertise includes monitorships of construction projects with budgets greater than $500 million, investigations of fraud schemes with losses of greater than $25 million identified, and the quantification of damage claims greater than $200 million. Dana’s investigations have identified the source of program control failures, and she has worked with project teams and management groups to overhaul procedures to address control operating and design deficiencies. She has designed and executed both proactive and reactive monitoring programs to evaluate program control effectiveness.

Dana’s litigation consulting experience includes pre-trial consulting, financial modeling, preparation of reports and demonstratives, and assisting in the preparation of expert testimony for depositions, trials and arbitrations. Dana has reconciled accounting and financial data from various accounting software platforms to perform incurred cost reviews and analyses and has prepared economic damage model presentations used in the State and Federal Court Systems. She also has experience interviewing client personnel and supporting counsel in deposition and testimony preparation.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, Dana was with K2 Integrity in New York where she served as a Senior Director. She began her career with the LitCon Group in Alexandria, Virginia. Dana is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Construction Auditor (CCA).
