Eric Hines brings over two decades of experience in forensic accounting, controls & compliance, and dispute consulting engagements. He serves as a consultant to attorneys and corporations in matters involving complex financial and accounting issues. Eric also has extensive experience working with and for Federal and State Government agencies, such as the U.S. DOJ, U.S. SEC and various State Agencies. Eric has led a numerous matters involving the interpretation and application of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). He frequently consults on matters involving the assessment of internal controls, government enforcement and financial reporting issues. Eric has significant experience performing forensic accounting investigations and restatements related to areas such as revenue recognition, complex purchase accounting, fair valuation, transfers of financial assets, promotional allowances, inventory, reserves, kickback payments, taxes and various other financial reporting issues. His engagements frequently involve the use of forensic data analytics to identify indicators of possible fraudulent, abusive or wasteful activities both proactively and reactively.

Luke Tenery brings over 20 years of experience helping leading organizations mitigate complex cybersecurity, data privacy, and digital risks. He applies expertise in cyber investigations, threat intelligence, incident response, and information risk management to assist clients—from prevention to detection, mitigation through to remediation and transformation. Luke specializes in situational cyber risks. He helps organizations across a range of industries align information security risk management with high-impact initiatives including incident remediation, M&A due diligence and integration, cyber cost analyses, digital transformation, and development of threat intelligence programs. Luke also assists public companies and their Boards in addressing digital risks and remediation of complex cyber incidents.
About Tanya Bodell – Excellence in ESG
Tanya Bodell leads StoneTurn’s energy and sustainability offerings in business advisory services, regulatory support and expert testimony in large-stakes litigation, levering more than 25 years of experience in energy industry matters and associated environmental impacts. In this role, she helps businesses to achieve net zero and new energy technologies and start-ups commercialize their technologies in an industry with multiple layers of regulatory requirements. Tanya helps clients to unlock value through informed business decisions that create competitive advantage. She has led a number of strategic and highly quantitative analyses focused on the power sector and the fuels industry, as well as renewables, energy storage, hydrogen and new technologies. Her advice and expert testimony often assesses the costs and benefits of energy transition, identifying optimal ways to allocate scarce resources.
About Chris Hoyle – Excellence in Regulation and Compliance
Chris Hoyle has more than 15 years of professional experience as an accountant and risk and remediation expert. He specializes in independent monitor engagements, forensic investigations and dispute consulting matters. Chris has extensive experience assisting companies, government agencies and regulators with the assessment of compliance programs and internal controls, and advising companies on how to remediate and enhance compliance programs to help prevent and detect fraud. He also has significant experience supporting law firms with corporate investigations involving fraud and embezzlement, potential violations of False Claims Act, improper accounting for government contracts, improper revenue recognition, reserve manipulation, and improper application of GAAP.
