About Tristan Cecala. Tristan has nearly 20 years of experience providing forensic accounting and dispute consulting services to companies and their counsel. He has extensive experience evaluating and quantifying losses on insurance claims and financial damages, preparing business valuation analyses, and analyzing financial statements and records. Tristan has worked with clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters and disputes, including breach of contract, representation and warranty insurance claims, shareholder disputes, and post-acquisition disputes. He has also provided support to counsel on corporate investigations involving fraud and embezzlement, employee termination, and potential False Claims Act violations. His litigation experience includes expert testimony in federal court cases and arbitration matters. Tristan has worked with clients across various industries including financial services, transportation, real estate, software, healthcare, consumer business, and higher education.
About Mitchell Rosen. Mitchell (CPA, ABV) has nearly 20 years of experience providing economic damages and financial modeling and analysis services to corporations, counsel, and government clients. He provides analyses related to damages assessments and financial evaluations for commercial disputes, with a focus on the quantification of economic damages and valuation assessments related to intellectual property (IP) assets, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights. Mitchell focuses on valuation, licensing, and economic damages related to IP assets and has provided expert testimony pertaining to questions of valuation and economic damages in state and federal courts. Mitchell has also been designated as an expert at the International Trade Commission relating to the evaluation of domestic industry. Mitchell has worked with clients from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies across various industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, consumer goods, computing hardware and software, among others.
