Ksenia Ioffe, a Managing Director with StoneTurn, has nearly a decade of experience in compliance and monitoring, forensic accounting investigations, and auditing.

Ksenia specializes in assessing and remediating compliance programs, including as part of corporate compliance monitorships. She has worked on StoneTurn’s largest and most complex monitorship engagements, including supporting the DOJ-appointed Independent Compliance and Business Ethics Monitorship of a global investment bank and on the Independent Compliance Auditor team of a Top 5 Automotive Manufacturer. Specifically, she has experience with assessing processes and controls related to company culture, training, risk assessments, investigations, supervision, and various non-financial risks, as well as developing practical recommendations for compliance program improvements and remediation.

Ksenia’s also has deep expertise in performing forensic accounting investigations in response to allegations of fraud or misconduct. Ksenia has worked with both domestic and international clients, and has experience across a range of industries, including financial services, pharmaceutical and healthcare, technology, automotive, and consumer packaged goods.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, Ksenia was with PwC as an Assurance Associate, where she performed financial statement and regulatory audits for both public and private companies. Ksenia speaks Russian and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in the state of New York.
