Jon Critelli, a Partner with StoneTurn, draws on nearly 20 years of experience advising clients on capital projects risk management, capital program and project process reengineering, project management, control implementation, construction auditing, and the use of data analytics to optimize capital project delivery.
Jon leverages his extensive experience across business performance improvement, project management optimization, capital projects consulting, constructing and cost auditing, and internal audit to assist companies and their counsel across a wide spectrum of industries.
Clients turn to Jon across the lifecycle of their construction and capital expenditure projects for strategies in risk identification and mitigation, including: project controls for reducing or controlling spend, and preventing delays and cost overrun; contractor and vendor management; compliance issues; post-construction planning and success; and more.
Prior to StoneTurn, Jon served as a Managing Director and National Leader of Protiviti’s Capital Projects and Contracts practice. In this capacity, he provided professional services to various clients across industries while leading a team of management consultants from an array of professional and educational backgrounds.
Jon began his career with Lockheed Martin where he was part of their Financial Leadership Development Program and specialized in program finance while supporting various cost and schedule integration and project management initiatives.
Jon holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Central Florida, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP, Project Management Institute), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA, The Institute of Internal Auditors), Certified Construction Auditor (CCA, National Association of Construction Auditors) and Construction Controls Professional (CCP, National Association of Construction Auditors).
