According to Consulting Magazine, the Women Leaders in Consulting Awards seek to honor women leaders impacting the profession. The publication notes, “Women Leaders in Consulting epitomize the character and leadership that make a measurable difference, not only for our industry as a whole, but for the up-and-coming women leaders we have yet had the honor of meeting.”

StoneTurn was honored for its formal and informal initiatives, including Women Empowered @ StoneTurn (WE@ST), Parental Leave, and Employee Assistance Programs. StoneTurn’s WE@ST program was formed in 2022, and is comprised of 12 team members ranging from Senior Consultant to Partner. Led by StoneTurn Partners Kyla Curley and Julia Arbery, WE@ST’s mission is to foster the success and advancement of women through mentorship, sponsorship, and targeted professional and business development programming designed to meet the specific needs and opportunities of StoneTurn’s female professionals, and for the mutual benefit of StoneTurn’s people, clients, and the firm.

Snežana Gebauer, a Partner with StoneTurn, has 20 years of experience in managing complex international investigations for major law firms, Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies and sovereign nations. She frequently advises leaders in business, finance, and government on risk management strategies, investigations, and compliance matters. Snežana is recognized for her deep investigative expertise globally and across every major business sector. From asset tracing and recovery to litigation support, due diligence, internal and fraud investigations and more, Snežana brings a rare skillset—and several spoken languages—that drives value for clients.
Mentor of the Year: Katie Prichard
Katie Prichard, a Managing Director with StoneTurn, has nearly 15 years of experience in financial and economic consulting related to intellectual property matters and complex business litigation. Katie takes several formal and informal approaches to mentoring StoneTurn’s staff and others in the community. In her formal capacity, she creates a comfortable space for feedback, successes, frustrations, discussions on workload, goals, and more. However, where Katie really moves the needle is in her informal actions: regularly catching up over lunch; explaining the purpose behind every task on a project; showing gratitude during busy periods; encouraging breaks during lighter periods; and ensuring the team has the support and access to resources they need to achieve their goals.
