Global Advisory Firm Enhances Forensic Technology Capabilities to Support Cross-Border Investigations and Complex Business Disputes

StoneTurn, a global advisory firm that assists companies, their counsel and government agencies on regulatory, risk and compliance issues, investigations, and business disputes, today announced that it has expanded its Forensic Technology offerings in response to growing demand driven by cross-border investigations. The enhanced eDiscovery capabilities now provide a seamless solution to clients with access to two leading document software platforms — Everlaw® and Relativity® — for data processing, hosting, and productions, combined with the expert insights and analysis from StoneTurn’s experienced forensic technologists and data scientists.

“As the volume and sources of data in litigation proceedings and cross-border investigations grow exponentially, clients increasingly require the insights of a highly-skilled and collaborative team to meet complex discovery and hosting needs with an elevated work product,” said Christopher Martinez, StoneTurn’s co-founder and Managing Partner. “Our experienced professionals are well-positioned to efficiently cull through electronically-stored information from a variety of sources and analyze, recover and reorganize critical data. We look forward to assisting clients in response to virtually any legal dispute or investigation around the world.”

To comply with national data protection regulations, StoneTurn utilizes servers in European and Latin American countries, including Brazil, as well as the U.S. The extended eDiscovery team captures, analyzes and preserves electronically-stored information on servers, workstations, laptops, mobile phones, personal e-mail accounts, cloud backup systems and a range of other devices. In addition, the firm produces data in a format that best achieves client goals, whether that is in native file format, via report, or expert testimony.
