StoneTurn is proud to share Kyla Curley has been named to Consulting Magazine’s 2022 Women Leaders in Consulting as a Diversity Champion.

For more than 15 years, Consulting Magazine has sought to identify and recognize individuals for the impact of their leadership in the industry. The 2022 Women Leaders in Consulting recognition honors 43 women across six categories: Diversity Champion, Excellence in Client Service, Excellence in Leadership, Future Leaders, Lifetime Achievement and Mentor of the Year.

“Kyla has made it a critical component of her role to not only lead by example, but promote an inclusive environment where great work is recognized, resources are available, and there is a concerted effort to keep top talent and foster their growth,” said Brad Wilson, Managing Partner and CEO. “StoneTurn, and the industry at large, is fortunate to benefit from Kyla’s efforts to drive diversity, equity and inclusion, and set the tone from the top. We are proud to have her on our team and congratulate her on this prestigious recognition.”

Kyla Curley is an integral part of StoneTurn’s culture. She has long mentored rising leaders at the firm, and seeks opportunities to showcase their skills and capabilities. Kyla also guides our team members to take ownership of their careers and helps find resources to make this possible.

More recently, Kyla formalized her mentorship of women into a firm-wide initiative in WE@ST (Women Empowered at StoneTurn). Through WE@ST, Kyla has not only expanded how the firm elevates women across offices, but she has also encouraged an environment where everyone can get involved. Kyla has been exceptionally mindful of ensuring the program is inclusive—enabling WE@ST’s business development workshops availability firm-wide, and resources are curated and shared on our Intranet and other internal hubs for all to use.
