As the current Administration enters its second full year, recent announcements have signaled a possible shift in enforcement priorities related to foreign corruption, investigations, and other issues. A senior Department of Justice official and other Distinguished Speakers will discuss the need for corporate vigilance in dealing with compliance issues under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other investigations; the imposition of multi-year monitorships over companies and their Boards; and heavy penalties imposed on corporations and their Directors and Officers. The panel of experts will then recommend pragmatic strategies for handling situations involving the FCPA and monitorships, as well as practical steps that Directors and Officers can take to reduce their personal liability. Finally, panelists will discuss recent challenges for companies and their Directors and Officers related to data breaches and other cybersecurity issues.

The Directors Roundtable Institute is a not-for-profit which organizes worldwide programming for Directors and their advisors.
