Alan Ratliff, a Partner with StoneTurn in Houston, will serve as a panelist at the 21st Annual Eastern District of Texas Bench Bar Conference in Plano, Texas, on October 4-6, 2017. The panel will address “Maximizing and Minimizing Damages,” including monetizing innovation and litigation financing, among other topics. The panel will also include Chris Dunstan, in-house counsel at Ericsson; Tom Coverstone, inventor at STAR CO; Katharine Wolanyk of Burford Capital, a litigation finance firm, and two other damages consultants. Melissa Smith, a NTL Top 100 trial lawyer and Texas Super Lawyer, will moderate the panel.
