Hiring and Current Workforce

For U.S.-based jobs, StoneTurn posts open requisitions to over 300 diversity organizations seeking candidates from different backgrounds. We are committed to encouraging and supporting employment of minorities and women and provide equal opportunities in our employment practices.


Currently, women account for 30% of StoneTurn’s senior-level management team and people of color account for 13%.

 

Turning It Forward

StoneTurn also has a strong pro bono practice; since 2018, we have donated nearly 900 billable hours to a non-profit law firm that represents indigent women in divorce proceedings.

Additionally, StoneTurn has strong relationships with organizations focused on the professional development of women and minorities. The firm proudly sponsors the San Francisco Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, the Boston Bar Association’s Women in White Collar Crime Institute, Women in Criminal Law, the South Asian Bar Association, the Women’s White Collar Defense Association, New York Legal Assistance Group and the Women’s Bar Foundation in Boston. StoneTurn professionals are also members of these organizations.
