Mitchell Rosen, a Managing Director with StoneTurn, has over seventeen years’ experience providing economic damages and financial modeling and analysis services to corporations, counsel, and government entities. Mitchell focuses on valuation, licensing, and economic damages related to intellectual property assets and has been designated as an expert pertaining to questions of valuation and economic damages in state and federal courts.  Mitchell has also been designated as an expert at the International Trade Commission relating to the evaluation of domestic industry.

Mitchell provides analyses related to damages assessments and financial evaluations for commercial disputes, with a focus on the quantification of economic damages and valuation assessments related to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other forms of intellectual property assets.
