Michael Mansueto, a Manager with StoneTurn, has more than seven years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate industry, contributing to multi-billion-dollar capital programs across multiple sectors.

Working with owners, investors, contractors and law firms, he has assisted clients in construction monitorships, and audits in both foreign and domestic markets. He also has experience in process improvement, and dispute matters.

Michael’s experience is rooted in his background in engineering, working on projects across public infrastructure, warehousing, office space, and high-end residential renovations. He has leveraged his expertise not only in on-the-ground problem solving, but also in strategy and procurement for critical projects with high-stakes deliverables and timelines.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, Michael was a project manager for MSG Construction where he worked on the Sphere Program. He began his career in engineering, as a construction engineer for AECOM. In this capacity, he served as a project engineer for the East Side Access Program.

Michael is OSHA 30 certified and is an Engineer in Training (EIT).
