Lauren LaRocca

Lauren LaRocca, a Managing Director with StoneTurn, brings experience in forensic accounting and compliance and monitoring.

Highly skilled in forensic and technical accounting investigations, Lauren has supported investigations and litigation matters, including in the areas of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and False Claims Act (FCA). She also assists counsel with accounting and auditing matters, with experience involving revenue recognition and topics related to the interpretation and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Lauren is deeply proficient in the assessment of compliance programs and internal controls. She has advised companies on how to remediate and enhance compliance programs to prevent and detect fraud and worked with companies to help in identifying material risks, developing risk responses, and remediating control deficiencies.

Working with both domestic and international clients, Lauren has experience across a variety of industries, including defense, manufacturing, aerospace, software, automotive, healthcare, and real estate.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, Lauren worked at a business advisory firm specializing in government contracting services, where she worked on investigations, litigation and disputes, and engagements involving complex accounting, reporting, and controls. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in the state of Virginia, and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
