Kat Nolan, a Manager with StoneTurn, is experienced in providing forensic accounting, compliance and monitoring, and dispute consulting services.

Kat assists counsel and clients in assessing accounting disclosures and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), investigating whistleblower allegations, performing cash tracing analyses, preparing expert reports and pre-trial analyses, and supporting counsel in deposition and testimony preparation.

When Kat was seconded to StoneTurn’s London office, she supported experts appointed in commercial litigation across several jurisdictions by evaluating and quantifying damages arising from breach of contract and post-acquisition claims.

Kat has extensive experience assisting companies, government agencies, and regulators with assessing compliance programs and internal controls, and advising companies on how to remediate and enhance compliance programs to help prevent and detect fraud and ethical misconduct. She has worked with both domestic and international clients and has experience across a range of industries, including financial services, waste management, manufacturing, and consumer business.

Kat is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of New York, and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
