E. Frech, III (Ted Frech) is Professor of Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He has published extensively on antitrust, industrial organization, and health economics and has been retained as an expert in multiple matters related to these areas.

Prof. Frech has provided expert testimony on behalf of private parties and governmental agencies on issues related to liability and damages arising in complex commercial litigation. He has also testified on regulation and policy matters before federal and state courts and regulatory bodies, state legislatures, and the U.S. Senate.

In addition to his current position, Prof. Frech has been a Visiting Professor at Harvard University, the University of Chicago, and Curtin University in Australia. In his Academic work, he has used both theoretical and econometric approaches.
