A global professional services firm requested external expertise in developing a corporate governance program to foster a culture of inclusion, integrity and ethical conduct. As a first step, StoneTurn was engaged to lead the design, development and facilitation of a one-day workshop for the C-suite team, which covered the positive business impact of a workplace culture where staff are comfortable to speak up; the origins and consequences of unconscious bias; and acceptable vs non-acceptable language and behavior in a contemporary workplace.
