With 40 years of career experience across the public and private sectors, Jonny leads engagements to remediate fraud and misconduct. He currently serves as the Department of Justice (DOJ)-appointed Independent Compliance & Business Ethics Monitor to Deutsche Bank and Independent Compliance Auditor to Fiat Chrysler (now Stellantis).
Previously, Jonny was the Executive Deputy Monitor to Volkswagen, the Independent Remediation Consultant to a Nordic Bank. the SEC-approved ethics and compliance adviser to the Independent Consultant of a Big 4 public accounting firm, the SEC-approved Independent Consultant to a Big Three credit rating agency, Forensic Adviser to the Independent Compliance Monitor of one of the world’s largest institutional alternative asset managers, the NYS Department of Financial Services (NYDFS)-appointed Independent Compliance Monitor to the nation’s largest non-bank mortgage servicer, and the DOJ-appointed Independent Consultant to a $2.5 trillion investment bank.
Prior to joining StoneTurn in 2011, Jonny served as a PwC partner and assistant U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York.
