You’ll notice the StoneTurn team is exceptionally exuberant. That’s because we work in an environment that honors the individual, encourages camaraderie and values creativity.

Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) platform, #Belong@ST, was built on a commitment to create and sustain a culture of inclusion and belonging in which:

  • Differences are respected and valued,
  • Practices are fair and equitable, and
  • Individuals are welcomed and inspired to contribute.

All over the world, “StoneTurners” work collaboratively to recognize, respect, and value unique identities, perspectives, backgrounds and experiences.

We encourage each colleague to have a voice in the firm and contribute to the collective interest because we know respect for our clients radiates from our respect for one another.

Our DEI Mission and Approach

We aspire to be recognized as a diverse and inclusive global company in our Marketplace, at our Workplace and among our Workforce.

Marketplace StoneTurn demonstrates its commitment to DEI through our marketing and business development efforts; we proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, etc. to promote our DEI efforts. Further, we leverage our internal Business Resource Groups (affinity groups) to network and conduct external outreach.
Workplace DEI is integrated into the normal course of business for each and every StoneTurner through the activities of our DEI Council, Marketplace, Workplace and Workforce Steering Committees, our Global Women’s Initiative, WE@ST, and several Business Resource Groups (affinity groups) focused on the unique needs and voices of Culturally, Racially, Ethnically Diverse individuals, LGBTQ individuals, and those passionate about Community Awareness and Volunteerism, to name a few. Each quarter, StoneTurn hosts internal firmwide DEI discussions. We also ensure DEI-focused programming is an integral part of every firm meeting.
Workforce Our firm is actively developing a diverse candidate pipeline to attract talent for long-term growth. Additional details on our DEI recruiting alliances are below. We periodically review interview and hiring processes to mitigate the impact of potential bias (job descriptions, forms, etc.), have integrated DEI into all firmwide training and learning opportunities and revised our competencies with inclusion in mind.
