Jonathan Jones, a Senior Manager with StoneTurn, has more than 10 years of accountancy experience, including the last seven years in international arbitration, valuation and business disputes.
Specifically, he focuses on expert reports in business disputes, which has included work on quantifying financial damages, loss of profits calculations, accounting disputes and expropriation of assets, among others.
Jonathan has worked with clients across various industries, including the public sector, construction, financial services and energy.
Prior to joining StoneTurn, Jonathan was a Manager with BDO’s Forensic Accounting Unit. He primarily focused on commercial litigation and international arbitration projects, which included working on an accounting dispute related to the sale of a Scandinavian construction company, an ICSID investment treaty arbitration concerning the alleged expropriation of assets by a central Asian government, and a U.K. High Court damages dispute involving a Middle Eastern bank.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan was a Manager in the Forensic unit of KPMG. He began his career at the National Audit Office.
Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
