Abdul Siddiquee, a Manager with StoneTurn, is experienced in compliance & monitoring, forensic investigations and litigation disputes.

Abdul has focused on regulatory compliance matters and internal investigations across various industries, including financial services, real estate and technology.

He has worked on various investigations, which has included assisting the audit committee of a publicly-held technology firm and its counsel with allegations of improper revenue recognition involving certain licensing transactions, and assisting a New York-based housing cooperative investigate suspicions of irresponsible fiscal spending.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, Abdul was a Manager with BDO Consulting. While at BDO, Abdul provided assistance to the Monitor of the largest consumer financial protection settlement in U.S. history, the National Mortgage Settlement (“NMS”). This involved assisting with the evaluation of several large financial institutions’ compliance with new mortgage servicing rules and other settlement terms. He also assisted the Monitor of the JPMorgan Chase USTP settlement with evaluating compliance with the settlement terms.

Previously, he was with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he assisted with the unwinding of Lehman Brothers related to the largest bankruptcy filing in U.S. history, which included holdings of over $600 billion in assets.

Abdul is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New York. He is fluent in Bengali.
