Deepak Sabiki, a Managing Director with StoneTurn, has more than 11 years of experience in forensic, investigative, and dispute matters. He has had considerable involvement with litigation consulting matters concerning damages due to breach of contract, patent/trademark infringement, business interruption, and trade secret misappropriation.
His litigation consulting work includes the creation of analyses that support damages quantifications, collaborating with testifying experts to formulate damages methodologies, creating demonstrative exhibits for use in trial, analyzing opposing expert reports, and drafting sections of expert reports. In addition, Deepak assists in an analytical role on a number of large accounting and forensic investigations involving accounting restatements, stock option accounting, financial institution monitoring, and allegations of fraud.
Deepak provides consulting services to clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, media and entertainment, financial services, insurance, hospitality, cosmetics, packaging, luxury goods, retail, defense contracting, technology, construction contracts, and building materials.
