Daniel Fuller

Daniel Fuller brings more than ten years of experience in forensic technology services, specifically in identification, preservation, extraction, documentation and analysis of electronically-stored information (“ESI”).

Dan has provided forensic technology services across a broad range of cases, including theft of intellectual property, employment litigation, harassment and abuse, fraud, divorce and spyware, among others. These matters have often required analysis of ESI, including file activity analysis, web browser history and analysis, recovery of deleted files and information, external device attachment review, e-mail processing and review, and metadata analysis.

Dan has had extensive experience with forensic and litigation procedures and protocols, including drafting affidavits and providing expert testimony. Over the course of his career, he has recovered evidence for clients from a variety of digital media, including desktops, laptops, servers, mobile phones and removable media.

Dan has been designated as an expert in Federal Court (Eastern District of Virginia). He is certified as an EnCase Certified Examiner (“EnCE”) and a Certified Computer Examiner (“CCE”).
