Daniel Fuller

Daniel Fuller, a Managing Director at StoneTurn, brings more than sixteen years of experience to the Forensic Technology practice, assisting attorneys and corporate clients with all aspects of digital forensics and eDiscovery services in various investigation and litigation matters.

Dan has worked with law firms and corporate clients to provide forensic technology services on matters involving forensic collection and analysis of e-mail, text messages, business documents, mobile devices, cloud-based storage accounts, and operating systems. Dan has provided expertise across a broad range of cases, including theft of intellectual property, employment litigation, fraud, breach of contract, insider trading, and internal investigations, among others.

Dan has had extensive experience with forensic and litigation procedures and protocols, including drafting and executing case specific protocols, affidavits, and providing expert testimony. Over the course of his career, he has collected and analyzed evidence for clients from a variety of sources, including desktops, laptops, servers, mobile phones, cloud storage, social media accounts, and external hard drives/devices.

Dan has been designated as an expert in Federal Court (Eastern District of Virginia). He is certified as an EnCase Certified Examiner (“EnCE”), a Certified Computer Examiner (“CCE”), a Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (“CCME”), and a GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (“GCFA”).
