Soha Bhardwaj, a Manager with StoneTurn, assists clients with compliance controls & monitoring, intellectual property licensing and commercial litigation damages issues.
Most recently, Soha has focused on advising financial services clients on their responses to regulatory inquiries. Some of her notable engagements include a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative review of foreclosure activities for a top 10 global investment bank; a detailed review of data management procedures for the largest non-bank mortgage servicer in the U.S.; and a review of conduct risk and risk assessment procedures at a top 10 global investment bank.
Prior to joining StoneTurn, Soha was a Business Honors Intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”); a Public Policy Summer Associate with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”); and an Intellectual Property Dispute Litigation Consultant with a professional services firm.
Soha is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the South Asian Bar Association of New York (SABANY). She is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, and is proficient in Spanish.
