September 12, 2011 – LOS ANGELES, CA – Alan Ratliff, a partner in StoneTurn’s Houston office and an expert in StoneTurn’s Intellectual Property Practice, presented on a panel discussion on economic damages at the Intellectual Property Owners Association 2011 Annual Meeting. The session addressed the current state of the law regarding damages, as well as a discussion from counsel and experts about the changes in the law and how to manage these changes within your budget.  Alan’s co-panelists included Morgan Chu from Irell & Manella LLP, Joseph Fitzgerald from Symantec Corp., Philip Johnson, from Johnson & Johnson, and the Honorable Paul Michel.
