October 23, 2012 – Houston Partners Alan Ratliff and Ambreen Salters served as faculty at the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Expert Witness Conference on October 22 and 23 in Washington, DC.  The two day conference is a litigation skills series program that focuses on expert witness preparation in a damages setting.  Attorney participants were trained on the presentation of expert testimony, the importance of skills and knowledge of the facts for the expert, the role of legal criteria and the importance of tone.

Other faculty included attorneys from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, Ropes & Gray, Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, McDermott Will & Emery, Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner, and Wiley Rein.
