September 11, 2012 – Alan Ratliff, a Partner in StoneTurn’s Houston office, was a panelist and the moderator at the 40th Annual Meeting of the Intellectual Property Owner’s Association held in San Antonio, TX. The panel focused on damages in patent litigation and specifically on “Tips and Tactics for Drafting and Using Settlement Licenses in LItigation Post-ResQNet.
In addition to Alan, the panel consisted of Alan Albright of Bracewell & Giuliani, Karen Vogel Weil of Knobbe Martens and Chris Northcutt of Chevron.
